MEP Site Manager
We are seeking a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Site Manager to join our team for a new extension project on a Hospital. This is a contract role, with an ASAP start till Sep 2026. You will play a key role in the construction of a new day case surgery and imaging centre, which will include a new radiology department and integrated theaters. We are open to candidates with strong experience in either mechanical or electrical disciplines.

* Contract Type: Umbrella / PAYE only, £320-£350 per day (rate negotiable)

Key Duties
* Overseeing MEP Installations: Supervising and coordinating all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on the construction site, ensuring installations are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
* Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring work is carried out in strict accordance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies, including safety inspections and enforcing safe practices.
* Quality Control: Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings to maintain quality control and ensure work meets project specifications and industry standards.
* Managing Subcontractors and Teams: Coordinating and supervising the MEP site team and subcontractors, providing guidance, motivation, and resolving on-site issues.
* Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitoring MEP progress and reporting to the Project Team and key stakeholders.
* Problem-Solving: Proactively identifying potential problems and implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
* Liaising with Stakeholders: Communicating effectively with the Project Team, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure seamless project execution and integration of MEP systems.
