Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120)
Bonus: Monthly and annual bonuses based on company performance
Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on, 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service‑driven individuals to join our team. Don’t worry if you don’t know anything about cars – we will teach you everything you need to know.
Responsibilities
* Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of your branch. You are the main point of contact for customers.
* Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
* Perform appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Liaise with back‑office and colleagues.
Requirements
* A current full UK manual driving licence.
* Experience of working in a target‑driven environment.
* Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
* Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
* Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
* Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
* Excellent administration and IT skills.
