About this opportunity
Do you want to be part of a brilliant team passionate about delivering best-in-class service to our customers, both now and in the future?
We are seeking motivated individuals to join us and support customers from our Halifax, Bank of Scotland, and Lloyds Bank brands.
If you can imagine what a worried customer experiences when calling about unknown transactions, you will be trained to resolve issues on the spot, protecting our customers and the bank from harm. Your work will have a significant impact.
You will handle inbound calls, using multiple systems to help protect, preserve, and recover our customers' money, supporting them during critical moments and providing clear resolutions to their issues.
You will learn what matters most to customers and have access to colleagues and resources to improve every day.
About us
We are evolving, investing in people, data, and technology to meet the changing needs of our 26 million customers.
What you'll need
No previous financial services experience is necessary; we provide a comprehensive 6-week training program to support victims of fraud.
You should be a people person, working closely with your team and other departments to deliver pivotal service, showing empathy, dedication, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
An eye for detail to spot fraud trends and scams, and the ability to learn to use fraud systems effectively in a fast-paced environment, are essential.
