Location: Grantham The Role
We're looking for a proactive and credible HR Advisor to support the HR Business Partner in delivering a high-quality generalist HR service. You'll play a key role in day-to-day HR operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives, people strategy, and employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide HR advice and guidance to managers in line with policy, best practice, and employment law
Manage employee relations cases including absence, conduct, capability, and grievance
Support absence management plans and delivery of people KPI's
Maintain accurate HR systems and records, ensuring GDPR compliance
Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities
Coordinate Occupational Health referrals and advise on outcomes
Support training compliance, engagement initiatives, and wellbeing activities
Assist with audits, ethical compliance, and Health & Safety initiatives
Champion company values, diversity, and employee engagement
About You
Proven experience in a generalist xkybehq HR Advisor or similar role
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
Confident advising managers at all levels
Hands-on experience with HR systems
Excellent communication and organisational skills
CIPD qualified or working towards (desirable)
Experience in manufacturing or food industry (desirable)
