Delighted to be working with a Wiltshire based company that’s looking for a Reward professional at Manager/Business Partner level on a permanent basis. Due to growth and a strategic review of the People agenda, this is a newly created position moving compensation and benefits away from the HR Business Partners as the firm develops specialist areas within the People team.
Reporting into the Head of People this is an ideal opportunity for a Reward professional looking to develop and progress their career and make real impact on the overall reward and benefits strategy.
You will work closely with HR colleagues and senior stakeholders to design and develop a reward strategy and philosophy for the business, deliver day-to-day operations within Reward, as well as supporting on annual reward & benefits cyclical activity and adhoc reward projects. This is a broad role that’s responsible for:
1. Working closely with the HRD and Head of People to design & develop an overall reward strategy for the firm
2. Annual reward & benefits cyclical activity
3. Workforce planning and job evaluation
4. Management of the annual reward calendar
5. Lead on updating and reviewing reward policies, procedures and processes.
6. Salary and benefits benchmarking
7. Data reporting
8. Lead on annual benefit’s renewal activity
You will have proven experience of working within Reward and Benefits from both a strategic and operational perspective. You will be highly numerate with excellent excel and analytical skills with the ability to scrutinise data and provide accurate and up to date reporting. You will be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively with a curious mindset to challenge the norm and present new ideas. As this is a newly created role, you will be brilliant at identifying and building relationships with key stakeholders across the business. This is a high change and high growth business, the ability to be tenacious and work with a degree of ambiguity is going to be a distinct advantage.
