Sales Executive – Prestige Performance Cars | £33–40k Basic + Strong Commission | Walsall | Proactive Sales Role
An established prestige vehicle dealership in the West Midlands is looking for a driven Sales Executive to join the team.
This is not a passive showroom role waiting for AutoTrader enquiries. The focus of this position is proactive sales — building relationships, generating interest in prestige vehicles and developing your own portfolio of buyers.
You will work with customers purchasing high-value performance and luxury vehicles, guiding them through the entire sales journey from enquiry through to handover.
Success in this role comes from traditional sales skills: picking up the phone, building relationships, following up opportunities and creating your own pipeline of buyers.
Responsibilities
• Proactively generate sales through outbound calls and networking
• Build and maintain a portfolio of clients interested in prestige vehicles
• Manage enquiries from online platforms and showroom visits
• Guide customers through the full sales journey
• Deliver a premium customer experience
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in automotive sales or high-value retail sales
• A proactive, relationship-driven sales mindset
• Strong negotiation and closing ability
• Passion for prestige or performance vehicles
• Full UK driving licence
Package
• £33,000 – £40,000 basic salary depending on experience
• Excellent commission structure
• Opportunity to sell high-value prestige vehicles
