Administrator Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday on a flexible pattern between 8am and 6pm [such as 9am to 5pm within office core hours].
This role will be office based.
Job Duties:
Case progression as directed by EO1 manager,
Court Clerk – Duties AO’s will need to travel to court locations outside Belfast to cover court clerk duties for Inquests including juries.
Case Progression Team ( CPT) Duties:
* Include the above Court Clerk Duties.
* Deal directly with Coroner, Coroner’s Legal Advisor and Coroner’s medical Advisors.
* Deal with telephone and written queries on a daily basis & occasionally counter queries from professional, police, military or civilian witnesses, service providers and bereaved families.
* Be fully competent in Microsoft Office. Prepare files for the Coroner and Inquests.
DRT Duties:
* AO will need to be competent and confident on the telephone. Also be fully competent in Microsoft Office.
* Deal directly with Coroner, Coroner’s Legal Advisor and Coroner’s medical Advisors.
* Deal with different agencies including Hospital doctors, GP’s, PSNI, funeral directors, service providers, registrars and bereaved families.
* Daily duties would also involve issuing orders and paperwork for registration.

Essential Criteria:
Must have 5 GCSEs including Maths & English – Certificates required
