Job Title: Sales Advisor – Property Surveying
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and professional Sales Advisor to join our growing property surveying team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking surveying services, helping them understand our offerings, guiding them through the booking process, and ensuring they receive excellent service from start to finish.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in property surveying, estate agency, or a related property field, who is confident communicating with clients and enjoys a consultative sales role.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound enquiries from homeowners, buyers, and commercial clients.
* Advise customers on the most appropriate surveying service based on their needs.
* Provide clear information on pricing, processes, timelines, and survey outcomes.
* Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through a solution-focused sales approach.
* Maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
* Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Liaise with surveyors to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and excellent service delivery.
* Support wider sales and marketing initiatives where required.
Skills & Experience
Preferred:
* Background in property surveying, estate agency, property sales, or similar.
* Understanding of residential or commercial property terminology.
* Experience in a sales or customer-focused role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly way.
