Job DescriptionJob Title: Catering and Cleaning Site ManagerLocation: Ferryfield House, 100 Pilton Drive, Edinburgh, EH5 2HFUp to £35,000 Yearly Salary20 Days Holiday per year plus Bank Holidays37.5 Hours a Week / Monday to Friday ( some flexibility will be needed as site is operational 7 days a week)Free Parking, Sodexo DiscountsJob IntroductionWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead the day-to-day operational management of our contracted services, ensuring efficient delivery in line with contractual and statutory requirements. Sodexo provides a full range of facilities services at this small community hospital, which consists of two wards and operates with a dedicated team working 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Services include catering—providing patient feeding with three meals per day—domestic cleaning, linen and laundry, and waste management.
