This busy secondary school requires a proactive and practical Site Manager (Premises Manager) to oversee the operational management, maintenance, and security of its campus. The role demands strong practical skills and leadership of site staff to maintain a high-quality learning environment.
Core Responsibilities & Scope
* Operational Organiser: Overseeing daily premises schedules, managing key holder responsibilities, and coordinating energy efficiency.
* Maintenance Lead: Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance, supervising external contractors, and ensuring all remedial works are completed efficiently.
* Safety Sentinel: Conducting statutory safety checks, ensuring site compliance, and managing the security staff rota.
