The Opportunity & Role Profile This Outstanding primary school requires an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of the school’s physical environment. You will be responsible for the security, health and safety, and general upkeep of the school, ensuring a safe and inspiring space for pupils and staff. Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope Premises Leadership: Managing the caretaking and cleaning teams and acting as the lead key holder for the school. Maintenance & Projects: Coordinating Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and supervising external contractors for large-scale repairs or upgrades. H&S Compliance: Managing risk assessments, fire safety checks, and ensuring full statutory compliance across the site.
