This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape quality strategy, drive improvements, and have real influence across operations, supply chain, and senior leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Owning and driving the quality strategy
* Leading audits, ISO compliance & quality systems
* Improving supplier performance & product quality
* Solving problems using 8D, FMEA, root cause analysis
* Reducing non-conformance & driving continuous improvement
* Reporting directly into senior leadership
What We Need
* Proven Quality Manager experience in manufacturing (automotive/aerospace ideal)
* Strong ISO / audit / compliance knowledge
* Experience with supplier quality management
* Hands-on, driven, “get it done” mindset
* Strong leadership and communication skills
