Hunter James Recruitment are assisting our client - a well-established organisation with their search for a HR Administrator to be on a permanent basis to join their busy facility in Southampton\n\nThe Role\n\n * Ensuring you are giving clear and expert support in line with our HR practices and procedures.\n\n * Involved in meeting involving topics such as performance and absence management, disciplinary and grievance.\n\n * Supporting the HR Team to ensure smooth running of department\n\n * Implementing ideas for continuous development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance and to support the company strategy.\n\n * Support line managers to build confidence and competence in dealing with people related challenges.\n\n * Work closely with the training team to help identify training needs, design development plans and monitor the impact.\n\n * Contribute to the continual development of HR programs such as talent management, succession and people planning, retention, compensation and benefits.\n\nThe Candidate\n\n * Demonstrable experience within a Human Resources team\n\n * Excellent Employment Law understanding in the UK, hands-on experience involving topics of Employment law\n\n * Ability to manage multiple, complex workloads and prioritise projects concurrently\n\n * CIPD qualification is advantageous but not essential\n\n * Experience of developing policies and processes in employment context is ideal\n\n * Deep understanding on UK employment law and evidence of how this has been applied in a commercial context\n\nIn Return\n\n * We are offering a salary of between £30K - £33K plus great company benefits\n\nIf you are interested, please send your CV immediately\n\nJob Types: Full-time, Permanent\n\nPay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year\n\nBenefits:\n\n * Canteen\n\n * Company events\n\n * Company pension\n\n * Employee discount\n\n * Free parking\n\n * On-site parking\n\nSchedule:\n\n * Monday to Friday\n\nExperience:\n\n * Human resources: 1 year (required)
