About the job
Due to significant growth across the group, OCU are in a position to build on their already established design team. They are seeking an experienced TP137 Site Manager to
to work on Electrical and Civils contracts in the South of England and Northwest London.
The scope of work incorporates Substation Build and Refurbishment, Cabling and Overhead Line work from 11 – 275 kV.
Person specification:
1. Site Management of staff and Subcontractors
2. Producing safety documentation and briefing where required, including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Permits and Toolbox Talks
3. Quality Inspections and completion of Inspection and Test Plans
4. Ordering Plant and Materials
5. Collation of documents and As Built Records
6. Cost and Programme Management
7. Management and Supervision of Temporary Works
8. Record Keeping and report writing.
9. Client liaison and coordination/interface
10. Perform any other duties appropriate for the role.
What do you need to be successful?
1. TP137 Qualification
2. SSEN Cat 3 Authorisation/UKPN Substation Entry/National Grid CP and Persons preferred.
3. Recognised Civil or Electrical Qualification
4. CSCS Or EUSR card
5. Temporary Works Co Ordinator
6. SMSTS/SSSTS
7. First Aid at Work
