What will you do?
* Contribute to the development of sales strategies
* Generate new ideas to increase sales and create leads.
* Liaise with customers to maintain a high quality of customer service
* Contact existing and potential customers via telephone to present and market Bright’s software in order to maximise sales
* May be required to attend events and exhibitions on behalf of Bright
* Ensure KPI’s are achieved on a weekly basis, providing streamlined updates on your progress to your Team Lead
* Stay up to date on product releases identifying potential for cross selling to our existing customer base.
What are we looking for?
* 2+ years’ experience in a similar sales role.
* Proven success of meeting and exceeding revenue targets and sales metrics
* Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
* Effective networker with the ability to build and maintain relationships in B2B environment area.
* Highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven to achieve & exceed targets.
* Hungry to succeed with a customer and product centric focus.
* Ability to adapt and lead in a fast-moving company with a bias for action.
* Interest in digital accountancy technology, business drivers and emerging trends.
* Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
* Experience CRM management and reporting preparation.
* Previous experience/network in accountancy solution sales in an advantage.
