This well established and growing Northampton-based business is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead a small HR team for this established and growing business.
As HR Manager you will carry out a fully generalist role, with responsibility for:
* Ongoing development & management of the HR team.
* Working with managers and leaders on role profiles, future gaps/talent and end to end recruitment activities.
* Complex employee relations.
* Working with the Head of HR on org design and change.
* Supporting on the PDR process
* Employee engagement and actions from the survey.
* Learning & development activities. POngoping devlopment of the L&D offering, including leadership development.

To be considered for this role you will have experience of managing & developing others within a high trust environment, alongside sound generalist HR experience and some sound experience within people development/L&D activities including leadership development.
Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to flex your style/approach are essential.
This is a hybrid role – 2/3 days p week onsite.
Salary is up to £55k per annum + car allowance + bens
