Sales Executive - Temp to Perm

Salary: Competitive base + Uncapped Commission

What You'll Be Doing:
* Making outbound calls to warm leads and prospective customers — no cold calling.
* Handling inbound calls and enquiries with professionalism and confidence
* Promoting offers, products, and services while tailoring solutions to each customer.
* Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
* Collaborating with your team to share ideas, support one another, and celebrate success.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a telesales or target-driven customer service role.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Resilient, positive, and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
* A customer-first attitude, with strong listening and problem-solving skills.
* Quick to learn and adaptable — full training will be provided.
