We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team at Sandymouth Holiday Resort in Bude (EX23 9HW). Great competitive salary
This is a permanent position to work full time hours. This will be 37.5 hours across 5 variable days which will include weekends and bank holidays.
Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About The Role
Main responsibilities:
The successful Customer Service Manager will
Ensure that all customer queries and complaints relating to subletting are dealt with immediately and courteously.
Assist guests with any queries they may have.
Co-ordinate and control special requests and stay on park.
Issue accommodation keys and information.
Advise guests on events within the resort.
Assist with holiday and restaurant bookings.
Accurate cash handling.
Requirements
The successful candidate will need excellent customer service and strong communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage. A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous to get to and from the resort.
