* Key responsibilities include:
o Strategic Recruitment: Developing branding and outreach strategies to attract specialist teaching staff in a competitive market.
o Casework Management: Acting as the lead advisor for senior leadership on complex employee relations, including restructures and TUPE.
o Compliance & Safeguarding: Overseeing the Single Central Record (SCR) and ensuring all safer recruitment audits are "Outstanding."
o Workforce Planning: Assisting the Principal with budget-aligned staffing structures and succession planning.
* Salary Range: £35,500 – £48,000 (Regional Scale)
