Responsibilities
* Develop trading with target accounts, achieving planned sales and contributions.
* Maintain agreed plans for sales and contributions by servicing existing accounts.
* Open new trading accounts within credit control procedures, offering competitive pricing and top‑class service.
* Actively manage and follow up outstanding quotations to maximise conversion and win business.
This is a full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30‑17:00 with a 1 hour break. No weekend work required.
Qualifications
* Confident and clear telephone manner.
* Customer focused – understanding customer needs and how to respond to them.
* Excellent questioning and listening skills.
* Computer literate.
