Role: Freelance Site Manager
Job: High End School, Carpentry Finishes
Responsibilties:
Maintain and run a detailed project schedule, ensuring adherence ti timelines and milestones
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of all workers, visitors, and students
Maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the project
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications
Location: Horsham
Start Date: 30th March
Duration: 3 weeks
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 7:30-4:30
Rate: £260 a day
Certificates Required: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Enhanced DBS
