An excellent opportunity for an Experienced Projects / Site Manager to join a well-established company based in Hull.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
Salary: £42,000 - £57,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.

About the Role:
This role will be the day to day managing of the installation of all internal fit out works within the dry-lining industry including suspended ceilings, glazed partitions, plastering, internal partitions etc covering multiple sites locally and across the UK.
The company require applicants that are well motivated, self-managed, someone who is proactive and reactive has an eye for attention to detail and enjoys working within a team, IT Literate and very well organised.
Preferably looking long term for someone who is driven and looking to progress to a more senior management role in time.
Candidate Requirements:
•Previous experience working as a Project/Site Manager within the construction industry for a main contractor.
•Experience of working on a variety of contracts including educational, industrial, leisure, retail and commercial.
•The ability to multi-task.
The successful candidate will be required to run a number of projects simultaneously.
Ensuring that they are all delivered on time and to budget.
Dealing with both direct employees and subcontractors, clients, client’s representatives and third parties
