A Porter is responsible for general cleaning and maintaining housekeeping stores to ensure an excellent Guest and Member experience.
What will I be doing?
As a Porter, you will greet guests, ensure corridors are tidy, and maintain housekeeping stores. Your specific responsibilities include:
* Greeting guests warmly in public areas and rooms
* Keeping corridors clear at all times
* Responding to guest queries promptly and effectively
* Maintaining cleanliness and security of Housekeeping stores
* Handling lost property procedures
* Using and storing chemicals safely
* Reporting maintenance issues
* Adhering to hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
* Disposing of waste responsibly
* Being environmentally conscious
What are we looking for?

* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to work independently or in a team

* Methodical and well-organized approach
