Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity for the role of HR Administrator to join Millers Vanguard, based in Bury. Millers Vanguard employs over 400 employees, and this role is available due to team expansion.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting onboarding processes, including contracts, documentation, reference requests, and booking accommodation for new employees.
* Managing offboarding processes and paperwork.
* Updating and maintaining employee records, including leave, absence, and terms, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements like GDPR.
* Building effective relationships with line managers, employees, and stakeholders.
* Monitoring the HR inbox and providing first-line support to staff queries, ensuring prompt, accurate, and professional responses.
* Generating HR reports.
