Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused End User Sales Executive to join our team. This role will take ownership of enquiries from initial contact through to design, quotation, project management and installation. You will work closely with clients such as small offices, restaurants, cafés, and other end users to deliver tailored acoustic solutions that enhance their spaces.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming enquiries from end-user clients, understanding their needs and acoustic challenges.
* Provide design support, including product selection, layout planning and acoustic recommendations.
* Prepare accurate quotations and proposals in line with project requirements and budgets.
* Manage projects from order through to installation, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
* Coordinate with internal design, production, and installation teams to deliver successful outcomes.
* Conduct site visits, surveys and client meetings as required.
* Ensure excellent client communication and aftercare service.
* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to add value to client projects.
* Support the wider sales team in achieving company growth targets.
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in sales, account management, or project management – ideally within interiors, construction, or acoustics.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in client-facing roles.
* Commercial awareness and ability to work within budgets.
* Practical understanding of project delivery processes (design to installation).
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
