Contract Scotland are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to support a substation project in Keith, focused on cabling pulling and associated works.
Project Overview
This is a straightforward, hands-on site role involving:
Cable pulling and installation works within a live substation environment
Simple termination of cables at both ends
Day-to-day site management and coordination
Overseeing and managing scaffolding activities
Ensuring safe, efficient delivery of works on site
Requirements
Proven experience in cable pulling works
Previous experience working on substation / power / utilities projects
Valid site qualifications ideally including:
SMSTS
CSCS card (appropriate level)
First Aid
Strong site coordination and subcontractor management experience
Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
