We are seeking to recruit a suitable candidate to fulfil our Human Resources role. Situated in a large catchment area in Bradford, the company has experienced a growth in various sectors for their products.
As a result, we have experienced a high turnover of staff and therefore looking for a competent person to take lead and stabalise all Human Resource issues including the following:
-The development of a robust recruitment & selection process that can reduce staff turnover and create clear lines of communication from HR to all areas of the business and management.
-Responsible for interviewing new potential employees
-To develop a best practice culture in food and general health & safety at work by working with employees and the technical staff.
