Based in Barnstaple £52k - £55k per annum

You'll lead the operational management, development and continual improvement of our multi-site estate. This is a high-impact leadership role with scope to influence long-term change.
You'll provide clear, confident direction to our Estates team, ensuring our campuses are safe, compliant, efficient, sustainable and always evolving to meet the needs of our growing College community. Working closely with the Executive Director of Estates & Sustainability and leaders across the organisation, you'll help deliver a transformed and future-ready environment that inspires learning and innovation.
What You'll Lead & Deliver
* Set the vision for a proactive, high-performing Estates function.
* Inspire and motivate staff to embrace continuous improvement and professional excellence.
* Manage all day-to-day estates operations including maintenance, portering, security and statutory compliance.
* Lead the development of planned preventative maintenance programmes and ensure effective processes for repairs and emergency works.
* Support the planning and delivery of capital projects, estate improvements and sustainability initiatives.
* Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, inspections and standards.
