We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Bexhill, United Kingdom. 1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
2. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation
3. Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
4. Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
5. Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records
6. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions
7. Provide a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
8. Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates and provide timely feedback
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
10. Assist in organising and participating in job fairs and recruitment events
11. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and procedures
Qualifications
12. Proven experience in recruitment or HR, with a track record of successful hires
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
14. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
15. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office suite
16. Demonstrated ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate suitability
17. Excellent negotiation and time management skills
18. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and data
19. Knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations
20. Experience with social media platforms for sourcing and employer branding
21. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
22. CIPD qualification (preferred)
23. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
24. Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience
25. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced recruitment environment
