V&C Associates have been retained on newly created Sales Executive & Project Manager position for a luxury textile and linen manufacturer working with private clients, interior designers, yacht managers, and trade partners. This important position will be combining relationship-led sales with meticulous project coordination, responsible for delivering bespoke projects from initial enquiry through to final installation. The successful candidate will uphold the company's reputation for craftsmanship, quality, and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
* Serve as primary contact for new and existing clients, delivering a consultative, personalised sales experience
* Present tailored solutions across bedding, table linen, and bespoke collections; prepare accurate quotations and follow up to close
* Build long-term relationships with clients, designers, and trade partners
* Contribute to team sales targets
Project & Order Coordination
* Manage projects end-to-end from order confirmation through to delivery
* Translate client briefs into clear internal instructions and liaise with production teams and suppliers to meet timelines and quality standards
* Proactively update clients on progress and resolve issues swiftly
Product & Design
* Collaborate with design and production on bespoke solutions, fabric selections, and finishing details
* Share client insights to inform new range development
Operations & Administration
* Maintain accurate records of orders, client interactions, and project documentation
* Support continuous improvement of internal processes
Skills & Experience
* Background in sales, account management, or project management within luxury, interiors, textiles, or a bespoke product environment
* Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communicator with a client-first mindset and high attention to detail
* Commercially aware, confident in pricing and negotiations
* Proficient in Microsoft Office including Access database
