This is a great opportunity for an experienced GERMAN speaking Recruitment Consultant looking to step up into the role of Recruitment Director. This role is a mix of leadership and revenue generation in which you will take on an existing (profitable) part of the business and grow it further, whilst also managing more junior staff and encouraging them to fulfil their potential. You will report directly into the Sales Director, act as a technical expert and escalation point for business critical matters and continue to recruit for existing key accounts. You will be targeted on nurturing and expanding business from EXISTING key accounts. This is not a new business development role.

Salary : up to £65,000 + 10% flat rate commission on revenues generated + Team bonus
Location: 2 days work-from-home. 3 days office based (Shoreditch)
OTE: OTE is uncapped. Earnings can be over £130k per annum

Duties:
Travel : There may be some international travel involved to meet key clients
DUTIES:Working with existing Germany-based clients
Nature of the role: Nurturing and developing existing German-speaking business from existing clients such as Huawei, Vodaphone and Ericsson. The clients you will work on are already well-established clients where terms have already been agreed. This role is a true relationship/business development role and NOT a hard-core sales recruitment role but will require someone with a successful track record in recruitment who is now lookin for the next step.
Portfolio Account Management
* Meet and connect with existing key clients
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of the clients' businesses, their key products and services, organisational structures and decision-making processes
* Understand your clients' future plans and current strategies for resource acquisition.
* Develop new opportunities across your portfolio
* Tender for new pieces of business across your portfolio
Recruit and place
* Negotiating and concluding financial and contract terms with both clients and candidates
* Source and interview candidates for roles with German overseas and in the UK
Team Management
* Oversee a team of more junior recruiters
* Arrange training where you have identified skills short falls
* Mentor, coach and encourage your team
* Set team revenue targets
