Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120) • Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus & annual bonus based on company performance • Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern (5 days on, 2 days off, weekend work involved)

Responsibilities
* Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of your branch, serving as the main point of contact for customers.
* Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
* Appraise cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Liaise with the back office and colleagues.
Requirements
* Current full UK manual driving license.
* Experience in a target-driven environment.
* Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manners.
* Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
* Organiser and prioritiser of own workload.
* Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
* Excellent administration and IT skills.
