Site Manager / Senior Site Manager
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum + package
Job Type: Permanent
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of new-build industrial units across sites in Greater Manchester.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering high-quality industrial and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of site operations from start to completion
* Managing subcontractors, labour, and site logistics
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
* Maintaining high standards of health & safety in line with company and legal requirements
* Liaising with project managers, clients, and design teams
* Monitoring quality control and site progress reporting
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial or commercial build projects
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Site Manager level), and First Aid certificates
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple trades and programmes
* Full UK driving licence
