£30,000 basic and 50% sales margin for year 1
Job Description
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our client, a growing Managed Services Provider. This person should thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a proven history of successful sales (preferably in IT, MSP, or technology services), and can build lasting client relationships.
Their office is located 20 minutes’ drive from Abingdon, Witney, and Oxford. This growing company aims to provide standout service to clients in their industry. They value their team and strive to be an employer that attracts top talent with benefits and a positive working culture.
You will be provided with a company car and required to work both on-site and travel for client meetings nationwide. The company is moving to a 4-day week with flexible working to promote work/life balance.
Responsibilities
1. Proactively identify potential customers.
2. Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking, including cold calling, emails, and client visits.
3. Develop and maintain relationships, manage pipelines, and convert leads.
4. Understand client IT needs and present tailored managed services solutions (including cloud, cybersecurity, support, and infrastructure).
5. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
