Site Manager - Overhead Line (OHL) Projects - Major UK Transmission Framework

We are recruiting on behalf of a major UK electricity transmission contractor delivering critical overhead line (OHL) infrastructure as part of a long-term framework with a leading Transmission Network Operator. This role will suit an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record in managing high-voltage transmission line construction, refurbishment, or upgrade projects.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, leading the delivery phase with a strong emphasis on safety, coordination, and programme achievement.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all site activities for live OHL projects, including tower erection, conductor stringing, foundation works, access track installation, and associated civil works
2. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, in-house teams, plant operations, and logistics
3. Conduct site inductions, Toolbox Talks, and daily briefings
