Site Manager required in Orpington GVR Solutions are currently representing a very well established and growing main contractor, based in London, who are actively in the market for a Site Manager to join their team that focuses on small works refurbishment projects from £50K - £700K. The initial project is a Public sector / Commercial refurbishment project located in Orpington. Location: Orpington Project: the project consists of Insulating walls, General carpentry / Joinery packages, Links to local authority works. There a planning conditions which are CDP, so the ideal Site Manager will have experience dealing with Design, Client liaison and planning.
