Your key responsibilities
Assist in business origination, including pitches and presentations to potential clients, and lead project delivery working with senior client stakeholders within tight timeframes. Advise clients in developing and executing strategies for value creation, and support practice development initiatives to maintain a great workplace.
Skills and attributes for success
* Industry and functional experience in engineering, supply chain or comparable graduate schemes in a large corporate.
* Consulting experience, demonstrating the ability to perform analysis and summarize insights into recommendations at pace.
* Flexibility to support broader operational and IT work.
* Role model, mentoring junior members and participating in recruitment and training.
To qualify for the role you must have
* Professional services or consulting experience.
* Transactions experience – due diligence, carve‑out or integrations, or
* Deep understanding of one or more core operational functions.
* Strong analytical skills linking operational analysis to financial statements.
Ideally, you’ll also have
* Proven ability to build relationships with senior clients and influence decision makers.
* Experience supporting sales and business development in a professional services setting.
* Track record of successful project delivery, managing team members and vendors.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience producing high‑quality reports and presentations.
