About Our Client
Our client is a respected organisation in the Medical and nursing industry looking for a HR Administrator based in Leicester, Lutterworth. The company is medium-sized, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services across the United Kingdom. This client is based in Leicester, Lutterworth, the role is a HR Administrator on a 12 month FTC. This role is hybrid.
Job Description
3. Providing efficient HR administrative support to the People & Culture team.
4. Acting as first point of contact for transnational HR queries including leave, starters/leavers, and attendance.
5. Managing the People & Culture inbox, responding to queries in a timely, customer-focused way.
6. Supporting recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and documentation.
7. Supporting and training system users across the organisation.
8. Coordinating learning and development administration with internal and external providers.
9. Assisting with payroll data processing related to absence, schedules, and new starters.
10. Providing administrative support to HR projects and employee relations activity.
The Successful Applicant
11. Experience in a HR administration role.
12. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
13. Strong data handling, reporting, and analytical skills.
14. High attention to detail and accuracy.
15. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
16. Ability to manage workload independently and within a team, meeting multiple deadlines.
