I am representing an established organisation on the outskirts of Norwich that is urgently seeking an Internal Recruiter to join their team on a temporary basis until the end of the year.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional who can hit the ground running and support a busy HR team with end-to-end recruitment activity. You will play an important role in ensuring the organisation attracts and selects the right people who share its values and commitment to excellence.
The Role:
As Internal Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment process – from advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring compliance checks are completed in line with safer recruitment practices. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and deliver a smooth, efficient, and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaising with managers to understand recruitment needs and timescales
Sourcing and screening candidates across multiple channels, including job boards and social media
Coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers throughout the selection process
Managing onboarding and pre-employment checks in line with company policy and compliance requirements
Maintaining accurate recruitment documentation and HR systems
Supporting the HR team with general recruitment administration as requiredAbout You:
Proven experience in internal or agency recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced or regulated environment
Strong understanding of recruitment and compliance processes
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confident using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work to tight deadlines
