Position Overview
Intelex has a global presence with a diverse client base around the world. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the success of Intelex’s European expansion.
The Enterprise Client Sales Executive EMEA will focus on expanding the Intelex footprint within existing customers and fueling revenue growth. Targeting accounts across key verticals, you will generate new revenue, build relationships, and deliver valuable solutions within the European region, specifically UK & Ireland, DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland), and the Nordics (Denmark, Norway, Sweden & Finland).
This role requires orchestrating and deploying corporate-wide resources across EMEA and global teams to provide comprehensive services and solutions to assigned enterprise customers, delivering significant value, liaising with multiple stakeholders, and collaborating with a diverse Intelex team.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience selling primarily to large organizations with a global presence, typically with revenues of $1.5-$5Bn. You should have a proven track record of selling to business leaders and executives, cultivating relationships, identifying white space, aligning with customers’ business objectives, constructing win-win proposals, and negotiating complex contracts with finance and legal teams.
Responsibilities and Deliverables
* Establish strategic customer interactions through focused and creative communication plans
* Prospect for expansion opportunities with our Customer Success and Renewals teams
* Conduct high-level conversations with C and VP level executives to address business needs and uncover tactical opportunities
* Utilize value selling techniques to guide the sales process to close
* Work strategically with Sales Leaders in the assigned territory to deliver forecasts
* Track and report all sales activities in Salesforce along with sales forecasts
* Build product knowledge to ensure high literacy on the Intelex system and new functionalities
* Be prepared for some travel within Europe as required

* Capable of navigating existing customer landscapes and handling challenges positively
* Trusted by employees and executives in large, complex organizations
* Excellent communication skills with a consultative business approach
* Good understanding of SaaS business models and sales cycles
* Knowledge of SaaS contracts and ability to negotiate at a senior level
* Collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail
Preferred Technical Competencies
* Experience with Salesforce preferred
* Understanding of software, support, and service contracts
* Knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety or Quality industries (asset)
Experience
* 3-5+ years in software and service sales, especially with strategic or key accounts
* Experience in account development via formal sales processes
* Experience in consultative, value-based sales approaches

* Satisfactory Criminal Background Check
Organizational Alignment
* Reports to the Senior Director of Sales, EMEA & APAC
* Hybrid role with at least one day per week in Reading Office
