We are looking for an interim HR Administrator to join a brilliant HR Operations team in Blackburn, this is initially a 3 month contract starting in April 2025. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. As a HR Administrator you will play a key role in providing efficient support to the business operations, ensuring colleagues and managers receive high quality assistance while maintaining accurate records and systems. Duties & Responsibilities: Monitor HR Coordinator communication channels (e.g., inbox, phone line, ticketing system) and appropriately distribute enquiries Uphold company policies to safeguard GDPR compliance Manage employment and reference letters Maintain up-to-date employee files and HR systems, including personal data Serve as the primary point of contact for colleagues and managers, providing guidance on system processes Oversee the leavers process and respond to resignation notifications as needed
