What’s on offer:
* Basic salary of £22,000 plus uncapped commission – realistic earnings of £45,000+
* A consistent 40-hour working week (five 8‑hour shifts)
* Saturdays are our busiest day, and you’ll work most of them, but we’re always closed on Sundays, so you can rely on that time to recharge in addition to a weekday off
The role:
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be representing a trusted automotive brand known for quality and innovation. You’ll guide customers through every step of their car‑buying journey, creating a smooth, supportive, and enjoyable experience. From the first conversation to handover, you’ll play a key role in making sure customers drive away feeling confident and cared for.

What we’re looking for:
* Current experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry (minimum 12 months) – this is essential for you to be considered
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
* Flexibility to work weekends as part of your rota
* A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
