Site Manager - New Build Residential This is not a 'maintain what's already there' role. An award-winning residential housebuilder is about to break ground on a brand-new development set in the West Sussex countryside, and they're looking for a Site Manager with an award-winning mindset - someone who takes pride in setting standards, shaping culture, and building a site they'll want their name attached to. From site set-up through to completion, you'll work closely with the Project Manager to create a high-performing, well-run, and quality-led development, with the freedom to put your own stamp on how the site operates. Key Responsibilities Full management of a new build residential development Overseeing site set-up, logistics and early-stage works Managing timber frame construction through all build stages Ensuring full compliance with NHBC standards and building regulations Leading subcontractors and direct trades to programme Maintaining excellent standards of health & safety, quality and customer care Working collaboratively with the Project Manager to deliver a successful site Mentoring and developing Assistant Site Managers and site teams About You You'll be a Site Manager who takes pride in how a site feels, not just how fast it builds.
