We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Semi-Skilled Labourer to join our team on a large residential development in Stotfold. This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate, offering consistent work on a well-established site.
Key Responsibilities:
* General labouring duties to support trades on site
* Assisting with pre-plaster preparation
* Keeping work areas clean and organised
* Moving materials and equipment as required
* Supporting site teams to ensure work progresses efficiently
Requirements:
* Valid CSCS card (essential)
* Previous experience in general labouring, ideally on residential sites
* Understanding of pre-plaster requirements is advantageous
* Good work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
