HR Administrator \nLocation: Leicester | Hybrid/Felxible Working Available \nHours: Full-time (35 hrs/week) or Part-time considered \nSalary: £25,000 - £30,000 + additional benefits \n \nSF Recruitment is partnering with a highly respected professional services company who has a longstanding, loyal client base to find a proactive and personable HR Administrator to join their team.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a people-focused business undergoing an exciting period of digital transformation. \n \nKey Responsibilities: \n \n- Maintain accurate employee records, manage holiday requests, and support HR documentation. \n- Assist with the rollout and ongoing use of the Sage People HR system, including supporting three new modules going live.
\n- Support the wider HR team on wellbeing, compliance, and policy development initiatives. \n- Coordinate recruitment administration and onboarding processes. \n- Provide day-to-day admin and operational support to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
\n \nWhat We're Looking For: \n \n- Previous experience in an HR admin or coordinator role (minimum 2 years' experience) \n- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. \n- Tech-savvy with experience using HR systems (HRIS), ideally Sage People. \n- Good understanding of core HR processes such as part-time holiday calculations, flexible working requests, and employment documentation.
