As a key member reporting to the Director of Content Orchestration, you will drive strategic content innovation and regionalization at Hilton. Leveraging advanced translation technologies, including AI, CAT tools, and workflow automation, you’ll ensure content is efficiently localized and culturally adapted for diverse markets. By integrating these systems with our asset and content management platforms, you’ll streamline processes for intake, localization, and distribution, ensuring quality and consistency across languages. Collaborating with global teams, you’ll tailor messaging to resonate with local audiences, enhancing the relevance and impact of Hilton’s customer experiences worldwide.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

* Drive innovation and advance automation and artificial intelligence to prepare Hilton's content ecosystem (DAM, MAM, CMS, CAT) for the future, streamlining content intake, reuse, and distribution for high-quality, customer-focused experiences.
* Partner across Marketing and Loyalty teams to reimagine Hilton’s content experience by integrating strategic storytelling with platform innovation, ensuring every touchpoint delivers meaningful, regionalized, high-quality customer experiences in digital channels.
* Lead and mentor a team testing and scaling innovation strategies, advancing content platforms and tools, and setting quality standards.

How you will collaborate with others:

* Collaborate strategically with platform users to support effective content intake, reuse, distribution, and utilization across Global and regional partners and agencies.
* Build strong relationships with regional and global marketing teams to enhance customer experience by addressing translation and localization opportunities across various customer touchpoints, ensuring alignment and transparency.

What projects you will take ownership of:

* Enhance content creation, localization, and distribution efficiency through improved content workflows and streamlined processes.
* Utilize feedback, data analysis, and industry trends to refine content management processes, leveraging the evolution of automation and AI technologies to enhance effectiveness and user experience.
* Enhance global governance and compliance with content management standards.

WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

* Significant experience in Content Operations, Governance, Standardization of Operating Procedures, or related fields.
* Prior experience with operational workflows and tools.
* Working knowledge of content platforms (DAM, CMS, CAT tools)
* Prior experience managing large-scale projects in a global enterprise.
* Experience with direct leadership over people and teams.
* Hybrid work schedule.
* Travel up to 20%.

It would be useful if you have:

* Experience with technology strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
* Experience utilizing data analytics to inform content decisions.
* Prior experience with change management.
* Prior experience with vendor relationship management.
