Catering Manager
Are you an experienced and dynamic Catering Manager looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a proactive and innovative leader.
As the Catering Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for catering services across the site. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring high standards of service delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional client service.
What You'll Be Doing
* Oversee and manage the day-to-day catering services, ensuring operational excellence.
* Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with the client and key stakeholders.
* Lead, motivate, and manage a team across site.
* Drive service innovation and proactively identify and develop organic growth opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure financial performance targets are met.
* Deliver consistently high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a catering manager.
* Strong background in building and maintaining successful client relationships.
* A proactive and innovative mindset, with a focus on service improvement and growth.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills - able to inspire, develop, and lead large teams.
* Financial and commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets and driving efficiencies.
* Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.
