Job Description
We are currently seeking a Site Manager to work for our clients Commercial and Residential projects in Sheffield. You will be managing the Drylining and Plastering packages, delivering high speck finishes on multiple projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing delivery of construction work, managing trades staff, overseeing paperwork and providing detailed reports on work carried out with experience in drylining and internals being essential.
Key Requirements
* Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
* CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Black card
* First Aid Aid at Work certification
Responsibilities
* Supervise shifts to ensure project timelines are met
* Oversee health and safety protocols on-site
* Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel
* Report project progress to the main contractor
* Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the refurbishment
Rate of Pay
£270 - £280 per shift
