Head of HR – Permanent – Cheadle – up to £60K DOE
We are working with a trusted and well established provider based in Cheadle who are looking for a Head of HR to join their team on a full time permanent basis. This role will see you working in the office full time Monday – Friday.
Duties include:
– Oversee the HR and Recruitment departments, identifying areas for development
– Manage workforce planning to ensure that the business has the right skills to develop and meet targets
– Lead ER Case loads, representing the company, ensuring best practice is adhered too
– Support with the roll out of inductions and staff training days to develop internal departments
– Monitor HR Metrics including turnover, absence and recruitment timescales
– Working with internal departments to identity opportunity for growth across the business
The successful candidate will have worked previously as a, will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to manage their own workload prioritising workload due to deadlines etc.
