Job specification:
1. Responsible for building the capacity plan for the human resources team.
2. Responsible for ensuring that management and team behaviour reflects the company values.
3. Organizing Company event twice a year - researching and organizing everything
4. Attending functional meetings with the Director, Service Manager and fellow functional heads
5. Design and implementation of induction training for all new employees
6. Design and implementation of the training manual/processes for the HR
7. Responsible for reviewing the training procedures for all staff
8. Carrying out internal audits as per our audit program and compliance with H&S regulations
9. Writing reports on Service Manager from the quality checks received, non-conformances and help to plan any necessary remedy actions
